The room is fully furnished and includes 2 large wardrobes, a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom on the downstairs floor, kitchen and an open plan lounge and dining room. The house has a large driveway and car port with space for 2 cars, a well kept garden and patio area featuring outside dining furniture which can be accessed through the bifold doors in the kitchen. In addition there is a cabin at the end of the garden used for entertaining.
The location is Great Warley, it is an easy 15 min walk to the station and a further 10 min to Brentwood highstreet. The surrounding area has local shops and parks including Thorndon Country Park a short 5 min walk away.
I am a teacher so I work 5 days a week and home during the school holidays so ideally whoever moves in wouldn’t work from home. I enjoy going to the gym, going out for walks, socialising and having a few drinks with friends on the weekends.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and sociable, a professional or mature student. No couples.
