New build 2 bedroom house. I am looking to rent out the spare En-suite bedroom. I have decorated the house to a high spec so am looking for someone clean and respectful but also easy going and sociable.

I am a young professional working in healthcare. My preference would also be a young professional.

I go into work 5 days a week so am only generally home evenings and weekends.
