Small DB with sink for female.

Looking for a non smoking female (or smoke outside) to join 2 other females in 3 bed terraced house in Warley. (One land-lady). Midweek or weekends only for £115 per week. I will also be happy with a full timer for £150 a week. The room has a small double bed.(The photo shows a double bed but I shall upload the small double bed soon). It has a clothing rail, bedside table, full size long mirror and it's own wash basin with a large storage cabinet above and below it. 1 shower cubicle and 2 toilets to share. There is an indoor only cat which is a happy soul and no trouble. We are a clean and quite household so we like a clean and quite person to join us. Off street parking outside the car port. It is close to the Ford building and The Fat Turk and approximately 15 minutes walk to Brentwood station which is on the Elizabeth Line. There is a bus stop to the station and high street close by too. There are local convenience stores at a few minutes walk.
