Small double room with own sink.

The room is a large single but has a double bed, clothing rail, bedside table, long mirror and it's own sink with a large storage cabinet above it. (Boxes for further storage for under the bed is possible) The house has two bathrooms: one with a bath and the other one with a shower cubicle and toilet. There is also a 2nd downstairs toilet. There' s off street parking. Beside me (owner) there is another room mate who is female, 40 and her cat. It is close to the Ford building and The Fat Turk and approximately 15 minutes walk to Brentwood station which is on the Elizabeth Line. There's are local convenience stores at a few minutes walk. I am open to Monday to Friday lets at a reduced rate of 120 pw.
