Available is a double room in a terraced house in a quiet area of Halstead with good access to the town centre.

The property has shared facilities including bathroom (separate bath and shower), kitchen (gas cooker/oven), living room (2x 2 seater sofas), dining room (6 person table) and garden (not grass).

Currently living in the property is my partner and I, who both work full time, Monday to Friday. We would prefer to share with a female, although we would also consider the right male applicant. We are looking for a tidy, considerate housemate who is social and well mannered. The new tenant must be in full time work.

The room is mostly furnished. All bills are included, including broadband and council tax.

On street parking is available without permit.
