We are looking for a female lodger to occupy a room in this quiet comfortable house.
2 min walk from town centre and bus routes to Braintree, Colchester etc
25 min drive to Stansted Airport
Double bed - will be let with a brand new mattress, new electric blanket and mattress protector.

Vaulted ceiling, oak beams and double windows
Chest of drawers, clothes rail and lamp.
I can supply new bedding, duvet, pillows etc if required.

You will be sharing with myself (landlord) male, 44 years old and a lodger, female, 46 years old. Both professionals.

You must also be comfortable with large dogs as I have a lovely Belgian Shepherd that absolutely loves a fuss and a treat once he gets to know you!

The room is available from Monday 21st April

Deposit of £550 and references from previous landlord/s required.
