There is a large, shared, fully-equipped kitchen, a big sunny garden and free wifi throughout the house.

We are close to the local shops and within easy commuting distance of Colchester, Chelmsford & Sudbury.

Ideally, you are vegan or vegetarian and over 35. Preferably you're a quiet, professional woman with impeccable references who's also dog-friendly, as we share the house with three dogs (who are definitely not allowed in the bedrooms :-) )

Rent is £400/month excluding bills, with 1 month's deposit, paid in advance.
