💥 The double ensuite room is £860 with a full ensuite, kitchenette (with microwave and fridge) and direct access to a patio. Available from 1st March 2024

💥There is also a good kitchen with enough storage, washing machine/dryer and seating area.

🏃‍♀‍ The Princess Alexandra hospital is: 5 mins drive/8 mins cycle/ 20 min walk
🏃‍♀‍ Harlow Town train station: 5 min drive/10 min cycle/20 min walk

Terms and conditions:
- We communicate to tenants through a house Whatsapp group, so you need to be comfortable using Whatsapp.
- Upfront rent taken: Rent is taken 1st day of the month. If you move in mid-month, we take the remainder of the first month and all of the 2nd month's rent.
