Newhall room available in large townhouse

Not open to male tenants. Also looking for people in stable full time employment only. Not available to couples or children.

I have a room on the middle floor of a townhouse available that fits and currently has a double bed, desk, tv etc. This room has access to a shared bathroom with toilet, bath and shower over bath shared with one other female. Also access to the living room and kitchen/dinner.
I can furnish the rooms if needed. Photos are from when I bought the house rather than now as they are empty and wanted to show them with furniture in. Professionals preferred. No couples accepted for long term stays. Additional cost per night for additional guests. To be discussed.
