Double room available in family home

I'm a single mum to a little toddler. I am looking to rent out my spare room and share my home to help cover the bills, and it'd be nice to have a bit of company as well. Currently, the room is occupief and is available from the 16th April. It will be unfurnished but has built-in wardrobes along the longest wall. (I can get a bed if needed but happy if you want to bring your own too). The house is a 15-minute walk into the town centre, 10 minutes to the bus stop for Epping underground station, 25 minute walk to the town train station. There is also a driveway to park your car in front of the house. The house is quite modern, tastefully decorated and has high-speed internet. Looking for someone friendly and professional and must be clean and tidy and willing to chip in with household chores.
