A neat single all in white very clean room all in white is available in a large, very clean 3 bedroom terraced property. Small pets clean well behaved are welcome. The single room is available from 27th of October, It has a dedicated small fridge freezer in the kitchen, additional storage if required & dedicated kitchen units for groceries, vegetables etc..

The property is located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac five minutes drive from the town centre.

*** FOLLOWING a viewing if the prospective lodger agrees to take the room then a £100 holding down deposit to secure the room will be requested soon after which will be deducted from the security deposit
