Up for grabs I have a 1 double bedroom (all bills incl) in my 2 bed house. I'm spending alot of time at my boyfriend's house at the moment, so renting out my spare room.

Move in would be end of July, and viewings done at mid July. Woman preferred.

Easy commute to Liverpool Street, and access to a central Line.

You have access to everywhere in the house for except the living room. But it's a decent sized space and you'll have it to yourself hence why I'm also referring to it as a studio.
There is space in the kitchen for a TV should you wish to put one, or one in your bedroom.

You also have access to the garden and extension.

Looking to get someone in ASAP. Women proffered as I'm a woman myself and feel more comfortable, but will consider the right guy.
