This property has 2 very efficient cleaners that come every week so that it always looks its best! We rent to professionals who are fully reference checked and provide guarantors to make sure you share with like-minded people. Our property management and maintenance team are on hand to deal with anything that comes up quickly. We don't take a deposit, but do ask for 2 weeks advance rent to be paid before you move in on top of the first month's rent. The rent is then due monthly after that on the day you moved in.
