Double room for rent in a sort after area of Harlow (Newhall), which is very peaceful and quiet. We have local grocery store and coffee shops just a few minutes walk away.

The room is being advertised as unfurnished however, should I find the right tenant I would be happy to supply a wardrobe, chest of draw and a single bed. Unless you wish me to leave the exceptionally large king bed in the room. As shown in the pictures.

This double room (2.53. x4.5m – 8.3ft x 14.7ft) is within a large 3 bed house, newly built. Half the time it is just myself that lives here, the other half my little 7 year old son is with me.

The property has a private off the road 3 car drive way and parking on the road opposite the property. I also have a secure bike shed out the front in the drive way..

We are right next to the farmers fields which makes for a very nice walk as well as the small forest.

The property has a fairly large south facing garden which you can use.

The property has 3 bathrooms, so with the exception of my son using the bath, and from time to time myself, you will almost have sole use of the main bathroom which has a full sized bath and shower.

We benefit from fiber to the property, so you will have access to ultra-fast broadband. I am happy to provide access to Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+ streaming services as well.

We are 1.8 miles from the Harlow mill train station, which has links directly into London Liverpool street and Stansted airport in the opposite direction. We are also just a 19min drive away from Epping train station for the London central line underground trains.

I am looking for a quiet professional in full time work. I would prefer someone that works full time in the office as I work from home every day.. But that is negotiable for the right person.

Please note I cannot have any overnight guests.
