Double room available in quiet Harlow neighborhood

I am looking for a friendly, polite, kind, clean and tidy flat mate to rent my spare double room. I have two cats so the person must be an animal lover.
I am a midwife working full time. I am a girly girl, very sociable and find it easy to get on with new people. I love Disney, Harry Potter and Taylor Swift to name a few. I enjoy reading, travelling, karaoke, board games, bingo, days out exploring and I love going to theatre shows and concerts.
The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as a balcony for some outside space. There is only one allocated parking space which I use but there are plenty of visitor spaces.
Room comes unfurnished.
Rent payment includes contribution to all bills.
Willing to negotiate rent price if room only required during the week.
Flat is between Harlow Town rail station and Epping tube station so has good links into London.
