Bedroom has a double sofa bed with extra mattress toppers and 3 thick duvets!

The Room has a wall mounted 50” smart TV with Netflix, Prime, MGM movies, Disney +

There is an optional desk an chair; chest of drawers and clothes rail, laundry basket, blackout curtains, kettle and tea making facilities, bath robe and slippers, towels.

There is a shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard; use of a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer; power shower and bath with storage in the bathroom; additional separate toilet.

WiFi and laundry included.
Must like dogs. There are 2 very friendly dogs that love a stroke but will generally leave people alone.
Use of kitchen and large garden. Free Parking available. Bus stop immediately outside to Town and Station.

There is one other lodger. The culture of the house is one of respect and consideration.
Owner works from home.
One month’s security deposit.
