We have a large double room with en-suite in a shared house at Berecroft, Harlow. The rent is £200 per week and is inclusive of all bills. The room is for single occupancy only. sorry no couples. Recently decorated. New bed and bedroom furniture and carpet.
The rent includes electricity, heating, council tax, water rates, TV licence, high speed broadband and maintenance. The rent can be paid weekly or monthly .The first month’s rent of £866.66 is required. The first month’s payment in advance will secure the room. Once references from employers have been checked. And proof of income is secured. But then rent can be paid weekly or per calendar month. No deposit is necessary.
The last three pictures are an example. As these are pictures of another room in the house. As the en-suite room is currently undergoing re decoration. Which will include brand new carpet. New flooring in the un suite. And a new double bed. And pictures will be added shortly.
Viewing availability at a convenient time for yourself. Or the first month’s rent will secure. Rooms of this size with an un suite rarely come up.

He employs full time maintenance staff so that any repairs required are attended to promptly at no cost to the tenants. The properties are registered with the local authority, undergo periodic inspections and meet all fire and safety regulations.
