We have a double room in a shared house at Berecroft, Harlow. The rent is £170 per week and is inclusive of all bills. The room is for single occupancy, not a couple. Recently decorated. New bed and bedroom furniture and carpet.
The rent includes electricity, heating, council tax, water rates, TV licence, high speed broadband and maintenance. The rent can be paid weekly or monthly .The first month’s rent of £736.66 is required. But then rent can be paid weekly or per calendar month.

Currently are three male and two female tenants but the gender makeup of these properties tends to change with time. The area is about one mile to the Town Centre and a bit further to the railway station. There are convenient local shops and it is close to bus stops. Plenty of off-street parking is available.

The landlord has been a professional landlord for 30 years and is a member of the relevant trade bodies. He employs full time maintenance staff so that any repairs required are attended to promptly at no cost to the tenants. The properties are registered with the local authority, undergo periodic inspections and meet all fire and safety regulations.
