Flat share - Own double room and full use of flat

Hello! I’m Jemma and I’m looking for a flatmate to occupy the second bedroom in the flat that I currently rent in Harlow.
The flat is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to Princess Alexandra Hospital, less than a 2 minute walk into Harlow Town. A parking permit will be provided to allow you a car parking space for 1 vehicle.
The room available is a double room which is furnished, as displayed in the pictures (but I am flexible if you would like to furnish in a different way).
You will not have to lock yourself away in the bedroom as this is a flat share so you will have full use of the living area too, which is a nice size and has been recently decorated (although if you do prefer your own space and want to be in your bedroom more often then that is okay too).
There is a modern bathroom that will be shared between us.
I am a down to earth, respectful, easygoing girl and live here alone, so you will only have to share the facilities with myself. I work during the day, but am usually at home on the weekday evenings. I feel that I am easy to live with and hoping that my new flatmate will be the same.
Rent is all inclusive of bills.
Council tax band is C.
