The rent is £650 per month inclusive of bills and WiFi, with access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, garden and on-street parking. This is a peaceful home with a live-in female landlord, and due to the nature of the household the room is available to a professional female preferred. To maintain privacy and security within the home, visitors are not permitted. Monday–Friday let will also be considered.
