Historical Narrowboat (^_^)

Almost 5 stars on AirBnB (£3k pm) this little gem is my lovely home, however I am taking a year off abroad (maybe longer if I can get the right tenants).

The rent is just for the Marina mooring fee and a little over in case of required maintenance (eg, I've just had her blacked afresh £2k) and wear-and-tear etc. Also the license fee to CRT I have to pay so she is allowed to be in the water. etc (but this means you won't have to pay any council tax).

I'm not doing this to profit, but just to offset the cost of her so I am able to travel while working! It's such a wonderful boat I want to move back on to her some-day. In the meantime she is an ideal home for a lovely couple who need a commute friendly place for London, while enjoying a home in the countryside!

There is a totally separate cabin at the stern which is not included in the rent - storage / accommodation free for me to utilise. I will be abroad, but just want this as a disclaimer. She is a historical boat hotel. There are charter quarters - your space rented. With a separate space for 'the help'.
