The house is located in a very quiet area of Harlow with easy walking access to Town, Sainsburys, hospital and Harlow Town rail station.

It is a quiet house with a friendly atmosphere. There will be one other lodger. The culture of the house is one of respect and consideration.

Both rooms have a garden view.
Both are double sofa beds with extra mattress toppers and 3 thick duvets. Chest of drawers and clothes rail, laundry basket, blackout curtains, kettle and tea making facilities.

Both rooms have a 50” smart TV with Netflix and Prime - one is on a stand one is on the wall.

There is an optional desk and chair in the £650 room.

The difference is one room (available) is smaller but has a fitted wardrobe not a chest of drawers and clothes rail. The 50” TV is on a shelving unit not on the wall and the view of the garden is from the side. This room does have the option to have the bed set as a single and the tv mounted on the wall.

Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a bedside table and lamp.

There is use of a fridge freezer and a whole cupboard per occupant in the kitchen; use of a fully fitted kitchen with air fryer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The bathroom has a power shower and bath with storage in the bathroom; additional separate toilet.

All bills and WiFi included.
Use of kitchen. Free Parking available. Bus stop immediately outside to Town and Station and Old Harlow.
Owner works from home.
One month’s security deposit.
