The house is located in a very quiet area of Harlow with easy walking access to the Town centre and bus station , Sainsburys, PA hospital, the schools district and Harlow Town rail station.

It is a quiet house with a friendly atmosphere. There will be one other lodger. The culture of the house is one of respect and consideration.

The room has a garden view and is situated next to the bathroom.

The bed is a double with extra mattress toppers, 4 pillows and 4 thick duvets. Chest of drawers and clothes rail, laundry basket, blackout curtains, kettle and tea making facilities.

There is a 50” smart TV with Netflix and Prime subscriptions included - on a stand on the wall.

There is a desk and chair (new fold up chair currently being ordered to save space so not in pictures)

There is use of half a fridge freezer to yourself and the other lodger (there are 2 fridge freezers) and a large 3 shelved cupboard in the kitchen. Use of a fully fitted kitchen with air fryer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The bathroom has a power shower and bath with storage in the bathroom; additional separate toilet.

All bills and WiFi included.
Free off street Parking outside. Bus stop immediately outside to Town and Station and Old Harlow.
Owner works from home.
One month’s security deposit.
One month’s notice to leave
