A bright double room is available in a clean, well-maintained home, ideal for a female professional.

The room has a double built in wardrobe and double chest of drawers with a small TV and a day bed which pulls out into a double with storage.

I am happy to remove all my furniture if you want to make it your own.

All bills are included, with super-fast broadband and Netflix & Amazon Prime available in the shared front room, also you have a small smart TV in the room with this also.

The house is professionally cleaned deeply every month but I am a very clean person and the house is kept to a high standard. The bathroom is shared and always spotless after use.

I work 7 days a week and am usually out with work, so the house is generally quiet and peaceful with or without me, the neighbourhood is very quiet and and the neighbours are quiet and chilled.

I am a trained chef and have my own business in private dining so during the summer I will be cooking on the BBQ with meat and vegetarian food so if you don't like great food this is house is not for you....

I have a friendly cat who mainly lives outdoors, she doesn't have a litter tray she is fully trained to go outdoors, and come and goes with food and I’m happy to consider other pets. The property also benefits from a garden.
