Comfortable double room in quiet house

About me:
Hi everyone my name is Joe

I’m a 35-year-old male originally from Australia. I moved here when I was 24

I am living in my house in Harlow by myself and I’m looking for a lodger or 2.

I work in the telecommunication space and typically on a weekend my girlfriend will join me and we will spend time in the lounge room or making crafts on the dining table and what not.

When I’m not working; I’ll be playing pickleball, watching tv/movies/playing PlayStation or making something creative.

What I’m seeking:

I’m seeking a clean, polite professional. Non smoker.

You’ll be sharing the house with myself. (And gf on weekends)

You’ll have your own double bedroom. We do share a bathroom though and the kitchen et cetera.

The property is located close to parndon nature reserve with a few nice walking routes nearby.

The house is located in a council association with plenty of car spaces.

Local shops 5 and 10 min walk.

Harlow town centre 10 min drive.

This would ideally suit someone who works at princess alexandria, somewhere in Harlow or neighbouring towns (sawbridgeworth, bishops Stortford, Epping, broxbourne hoddesdon etc)
Or even London as very close to the M11

How much:
The price is 750 per month and I require one month upfront and the first months rent

Term: minimum of 6 months and then rolling per month after that.
