I am looking for a flat mate, to share the beautiful, new build flat. Nice kitchen with a living room, big balcony. En-suite double bedroom available, can be furnished or unfurnished, on the request. Beautiful bathroom with a shower.
Couples are welcome, rent for a couple - 1300£.
I am very easy going, friendly professional, working as a senior manager, working long hours, currently doing nights, so you wont see me much, on the weekends I do second job, so literally flat is to yourself.
I like cooking, chill when can and got time, going to the gym regularly, like to stay disciplined, so the person also would be good to have some disciplines in their lifes, to look after the place, keep it tidy and clean, so the place is cozy and feels like home.
Place is 2min away from train station, whoever is commuting via train.
