Room 5 is an unusual single room for one person - there is a raised sleeping area and patio doors onto the garden decking. There is a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I do not supply mattresses- there is a mattress in the room but it is not new. Room 5 is £560 pcm.
The house is situated near to Staple Tye and is a mile from the Town Centre. There are 6 ground floor rooms set around a secluded garden. Four of the rooms have French doors onto a decked terrace. There are two modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen/diner. There is superfast wireless broadband and all rooms have a tv point. The house is compliant with safety regs and all rooms have lockable doors. All of the rooms are furnished with a wardrobe (unless built in), chest of drawers, and a bed although you will have to supply your own mattress. (There is a mattress in the room but it is not new).
