Available from the 9th March 2026, this is a good-sized room in a large detached house in one of the nicest residential areas of Harlow.

Available now, we have a nice, light, double room

This room features an oak bed with a brand-new mattress, IKEA furniture, a lockable door and a smoke alarm.
There are 2 bathrooms shared with 3 others. Never a queue for these bathrooms.

The property has been extended and refurbished for the purposes of a house share. There is a communal lounge that features comfy leather sofas and big screen TV. The modern kitchen has 2 fridge/ freezers, 2 microwaves, cooker, toaster. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 irons & ironing boards!

We have a cleaner that comes in each week to look after the communal areas and a gardener and window cleaner for the external areas.

The rent for the room includes all utility bills and council tax. We have free 1gig broadband throughout.

There is a neat outside area with a patio and a maintained garden. There is a shed for bikes.

The house is about 1.5 miles from the town centre with easy access to the town, the M11 or over to Hoddesdon the "back way".

There are lots of on and off-street parking and there are bus stops at the end of the road.

Whilst this is a non-smoking house we are happy to accommodate housemates that smoke and are happy to respect the fact that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

The room is likely to suit someone in full-time employment who requires easy access to either the town, the M11 or to Hoddesdon

Please note this is a double room for single occupancy, unfortunately, we do not accommodate couples or children.
