Luxurious family home. I am a single man with a large house with plenty of space over 3 levels in a beautiful location. For the right person this will be more like having your own home than lodgings. I am offering one bedroom, use of a private bathroom on the first floor, your own Kitchen plus another cloakroom, own fridge freezer and storage, fully alarmed, use of private drive and landscaped garden. The house is situated in a private cul de sac near 3 pubs (2min walk), several restaurants, a high street with shops (2 min) and the Train station is within walking distance (10 mins). Liverpool st station 35 minutes.
There is one other tenant here who is a 23 year old female who works locally but not here every weekend.
Smokers are ok but will be expected to smoke outside. I will only entertain someone who is professional and i believe to be totally trustworthy, we will require references too.
This is a friendly family home and i will not just accept anyone to live here, it’s not just first come first serve
