Small single room in shared house in Harlow

We have a small single room near the hospital and Harlow Town Centre, in a shared house at Northbrooks, Harlow CM19 at £115 per week.

This is a semi-detached former police house with secluded garden on a no through road. The rent quoted is inclusive of all bills such as council tax, electricity, gas, water rates, broadband and maintenance.

The rent can be paid weekly or monthly in advance. The full deposit required is one calendar month’s rent of £498.33, however, you can initially pay a deposit of only £300 and gradually build it up over the next two months.

The area is adjacent to the Town Centre and one mile from the railway station. There are convenient local shops and it is close to bus stops. On-street parking is available directly outside.

The landlord has been a professional landlord for 30 years and is a member of the relevant trade bodies. He employs full time maintenance staff so that any repairs required are attended to promptly at no cost to the tenants. The properties are registered with the local authority, undergo periodic inspections and meet all fire and safety regulations. Viewing can generally be arranged on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays from 9am until 5pm.
