We have a single room near the hospital and Harlow Town Centre, in a shared house at Northbrooks, Harlow CM19 at £138 per week. It is newly decorated, with a new carpet.
This is a semi-detached former police house with secluded garden on a no through road. The rent quoted is inclusive of all bills such as council tax, electricity, gas, water rates, broadband and maintenance.
The rent can be paid weekly or monthly in advance. The full deposit required is one calendar month’s rent of £598, however, you can initially pay a deposit of only £300 and gradually build it up over the next two months.
