Double Room for one person in shared house at £620 per calendar month (£143 per week) . The room has a large built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a small fridge freezer and a double bed. I do not supply mattresses so you will need to supply your own . There is a mattress in the room but it is not new. There is a min rental period of 6 months and the room is strictly for one person only.
The house is situated between the Stow and Old Harlow and is in walking distance to the Edinburgh Way retail parks and Harlow Town Station. There is a large communal kitchen and dining area. The dining area has a large tv and has French doors opening out onto a decent size garden. There is a bathroom on the second floor and a shower room on first floor and there is also a utility room with a WC on the ground floor. The price includes gas and electric, water rates, council tax, tv licence and fibre optic broadband WIFI. The WIFI is Virgin Media high speed fibre optic. All rooms have atleast 2 double power points and a tv point. There is a drive for 2 cars at the front of the house but it is also possible to park on the street.

I do not take deposits but I will require 1 months rent in advance.

No smoking is allowed in the house.
