We have a newly decorated double room for one person in a shared house at 306 Berecroft, Harlow CM18 7SH. The rent is £140 per week inclusive of all bills. The rent includes electricity, heating, council tax, water rates, maintenance and high speed broadband. The rent can be paid weekly or monthly in advance. The full deposit required is one calendar month’s rent, however you may be able to move in for only £400 and gradually build-up your deposit over the next three months.

He employs full time maintenance staff so that any repairs required are attended to promptly at no cost to the tenants. The properties are registered with the local authority, undergo periodic inspections and meet all fire and safety regulations. Viewing can generally be arranged any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday until 5.00pm.
We are happy to accept people who smoke but smoking is not permitted in the house.
