Single includes single bed & mattress, linen, bedside cabinet, built in double depth wardrobe and under bed storage.
The house has not long been renovated and includes a nice size modern kitchen; large living room, open plan dining area and shared bathroom. All furniture is new, well maintained and looked after.

Price per month includes ALL bills including WiFi & Virgin TV.

The house is located within a quiet cul-de-sac on the Katherine’s estate. There is street parking and an ample sized rear garden with a patio and seating area.


There is a bus service (bus stop a minutes walk at the end of the road) that goes direct into town and to Epping Tube St. A late night bus service goes via Harlow train station. So location could suit a commuter; hospital worker; key worker etc. Walking distance to the Pinnacles if warehouse/factory worker.

You’d be sharing the house with me. Under normal circumstances I work locally but currently I am working from home.
I have a dog who is fully house trained and tends to be no bother.
