Our house is located in a short distance from Harold Wood national rail train station (35 minutes to Central London Liverpool Street from this station), many local buses run frequently.

Close to local amenities, large 24 hrs supermarket and town centre are within walking distance. Moments to Romford markets.

We are pleased to offer this spacious double sized room with recently bought furnitures which include a single bed with mattress, a bedside chest drawers, a large 3 doors wardrobe, a computer desk, a chair and a floor lamp. South facing room which has plenty natural lights. Modern fully fitted kitchen(pictures taken before dinning table&chairs, fridge&freezer and washing machine arrived, they are now in place), gas central heating, bathroom with shower(only sharing with 1 flatmate) as there are more than one bathroom in our house, double glazed windows, fully carpeted floor. Private driveway available for parking. South facing back garden.

Bills and WiFi included in the price. We are looking for flatmate who has long term staying plan, however this can be started with 3 months minimum stay initially. The rent is £565 per calendar month, one month deposit and one month rent in advance is required before move in. We would prefer to consider who is NOT on DSS/housing benefit or has any pet first.

Single FULL-TIME working professional ONLY. Sharing with other 3 full time working professionals who aged between 30-35 (really you are just sharing with one because other 2 are barely at home). We are looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and respectful and who is in the similar age group to share with us.
