The room available to rent is at the top of the house and is a purpose built master suite. The room is very private and large, with a King-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom and lends itself to self contained living. You are of course more than welcome to use all the house and it's facilities if you so wish. The house is modern, airy and tastefully decorated with Laura Ashley and Habitat furniture and fittings.

The house is 5 minutes away from junction 28 of the M25 and a couple of minutes from the A12. It's perfect for Brentwood, Romford and London as you can walk to Harold Wood Station with its access to Liverpool Street in 10-15 mins.

We have a small dog who is very friendly and will soon become your new BFF!

This is not a HMO but a family home where all the chicks have flown the nest.

We are looking for a professional person or student and will require a deposit and references.
