Spacious rooms in newly renovated house + parking

HI, I am a teacher currently living in Harold Hill area of Romford. It is on a 24hr bus route, 174, which takes you into Romford for the Mainline station and stops outside Queens Hospital. The house has been newly renovated with a little more work being completed at present. There is a three piece suite in the bathroom which is less than a year old, The kitchen is being installed at this moment with a brand new fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. There is a large dining table which is in the new extension completed last year. All windows have locks for added security. There is a long garden to the rear that house an apple, pear and plum tree. There is garden furniture for those wishing to sit outside. Both bedrooms are double rooms with bay's. There is ample room for a single person or couple in each bedroom. One bedroom is at the front of the house on the ground floor and is carpeted, the other is on the first floor and has laminate floor.

Whilst I will supply the bedframe it is probably best for you to buy your own mattress for hygiene reasons. There is Sky Broadband in the house, which is included in the price, as is the gas, electricity and council tax. There is also room for parking in the front garden.

There is also room under the stairs for storage of suitcases or large items . There is an ironing board, iron, full size mirror and comfy seats in the sitting area.
I am a teacher part time and have decorated the house myself but do not spend a lot of time in the house at present.

You are welcome to come and visit and see the house as I do not have many photos at present as things are being completed at the moment.

For couples the rent will increase by £75 only.
