Pleasant Room near Harold Wood Station

Pleasant room on the second floor of our large, family house situated just four minutes walk from station, buses and shops.

It would suit ideally someone who needs to commute into London on a Monday to Friday basis or we are happy to make it seven days a week. Trains are every 10 minutes and journey time into central London is 35 minutes.

We are a Christian couple in our sixties, very busy, but relaxed and informal, and you would have use of the bathroom on the floor below with its bath and separate power shower, and, of course, share the kitchen.

You can get a good idea of the room from the photographs and it is quietly situated at the side of the house.

Good speed WIFI Broadband.

With our family married or moved out, my wife Shirley and I are able to offer this room for rent.
We both work from home with an office on the second floor but it’s a large old house so we will not get under each other’s feet.
We are both involved with the ministry of our church, St Peter’s which is a large, friendly, evangelical, bible teaching church.
We are familiar with sharing our house with different people staying with us and we often have our family and friends around.
We are both extremely flexible and never get fazed by any eventuality so the room will suit somebody with a similar outlook.

I guess we will only find out by speaking together.
