I am a professional working person who uses the house as a base as i travel for work from time to time but mainly works from my home office set up in the main living room. I am Easy to get along with. The other tenant is also a professional who works away a lot. We are Both very easy To get along with.

Ideally looking for trustworthy people who are clean and easy to live with. Shared bathroom, toilet (which is separate from bathroom) and kitchen. Also brand New bathroom recently been fitted into the property.

There is an outdoor back garden with garage use for storage. The house is big and lovely and in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbours on the street.

Bills are reasonable priced with good suppliers and are included in the price. Parking outside the property is available on the Main Street.
