There is also a double room (own toilet/sink/balcony to rear of property) on the first floor and a single room on the 3rd floor.

There is a spare kingsize room on the 3rd floor with desk/chair which the owner of the house uses occasionally when she visits Harwich.

Females only. Cats and other small pets (not dogs) considered.
Must be house proud, clean, tidy, and willing to share cleaning/gardening duties with housemates.
