Home has two living rooms, a courtyard in front and garden at back with table, chairs and garden swing. Large kitchen with table n chairs. Shared Bathroom down stairs.
The joy of this is we don't need to trip over each other. Ahhhh.
It's a quiet area where kids still play safely in the street. You get a lot of house for your money here so it attracts lots of first time buyers. My daughter has bought one across from me.
I have two cats and two small dogs. All well behaved but the three legged ginger guy is called Spike for a reason.
You would have a large double room with a view of the stour, As well as plenty room for , storage, wardrobe, drawers etc. The room is big and includes a sitting area. It has two seventies vintage comfy chairs. The bed and chest of drawers are 1940s oak the ambiance of the rest is eclectic, a bit arty, like the rest of the house.
On street parking. Nice friendly neighbours one other person sharing and great landlady. ME.
