Seeking a full-time professional who is sociable, clean and tidy to rent a spacious double room (all bills included) in a modern well furnished flat which comes with a parking space.

The room is part furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and I will supply a clothes rail (not pictured). Shared communal spaces (bathroom/toilet, kitchen and living room).

The kitchen is well equipped. There is a fair amount of storage space and a laundry room with washer dryer.

Hatfield Peverel has shops including coop and boots also takeaways only a 10 minute walk away. Great transport links to Colchester (20min drive) and Chelmsford (10min drive). A short 5 minute walk to Hatfield Peverel train station (40min to London), links to A12 and 1 off street parking space.

Flat is shared with myself. I am an easy going tidy guy. I work 5 days a week in Maldon and am often out socialising in the evenings and weekends.
