This is a small single room with a built in wardrobe, you would have full use of the house and garden.
You would need to be very clean and tidy and be respectful of other tenants. This house would not suit anyone wanting to party, it’s a nice quiet house in a nice quiet area, close to all shops Tesco, Aldi, Lidl etc. and within 15 minutes walk from the High Street.
You must be working in regular permanent work.
We are a friendly easy going house, very tidy and clean and respectful of noise.
There is room to park on the drive but first home gets to park on the drive however there is plenty of road parking space.
I am a live in landlord and have 3 other tenants that have been with me long term 2 x 4 years and 1 for 2 years.
