Unfurnished double room

Unfurnished double room to let in Heybridge with off road parking, Wi-Fi and bills included. I have dogs so you must be happy to live with dogs and be responsible to close doors and gates behind you and enjoy a poodle cuddle! Of course you’ll have use of kitchen, bathroom and utility room as well as garden.
Working female preferred with sense of humour if possible!
Not looking for someone who comes back at midnight most nights.
You must be respectful of our home and clean up after yourself.

You will need to source your own bed and drawers for your belongings.
