Located on a quiet gated community in a peaceful area of High Beach within Epping Forest, this tranquil rustic site is semi rural being 3 miles from towns and shops at Loughton IG10, Waltham Abbey EN9, with Chingford E4, 1 mile down the country lane.

Please note there is no public transport here in the forest, a car, bike or some form of personal transport is required to gain access to town and shops, unless you prefer walking which is around 3 miles to town.

Central London is approximately 12 miles away and easy accessible by tube, directly on Londons central line, located at Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, with overhead trains and buses at Chingford E4.

The Self contained unit is a touring caravan, located on a rustic caravan park and equestrian centre in a natural setting, and comprises living area with double sofa which pulls out into a double bed (there is no separate bed area in the caravan available) Kitchenette area with fridge, sink, hob, oven. Large bathroom area with Portable Toilet and wash facilities.

The caravan also shares the use of shared mains toilets and shower facilities on site, a bit like a holiday park And use of washing machine on site.

The Unit is self contained and not shared.
There are plenty of Other people around the site in different accommodation, touring caravans, mobile homes and private rooms or apartments in cabins.

Off road parking is provided and included within the price. For one car.

There are 2 caravans available one at £650pcm and one at £750pcm incl bills. Electric and water on a good use policy. (Not gas)

There are various accommodations available at various prices, touring caravan, private room, small studio and a small one bed apartment, all without private bathroom facilities and share the mains toilets and shower facilities on site. All accommodation is private with private entry, there is no shared accommodation.
There is also the option of bringing your own touring caravan on site.
We are a very rustic, tranquil and respectful little site within the forest with plenty of wildlife, deer, foxes, rabbits, birds of prey, etc, and our horses. Stargazing, sunsets and sunrises. A nature lovers dream but not for the town person as we are rustic, a natural setting.
