The house was previously renovated and extended and includes the extensive use of wood and marble flooring throughout, it has also just been freshly decorated throughout and the kitchen renovated again to include cosmic black Brazilian granite worktops. There is full Sky Glass TV package in the room (but you need to provide your own TV) and there is also unlimited 1 Gbps fibre optic high speed wireless broadband in the property (both included in bills). The property has two modern bathrooms, both having bath and separate shower cubicles, fully tiled in marble; one having a jacuzzi bath, and a fully fitted modern kitchen with solid oak cupboards, all modern appliances including eye-level double oven/grill, hob with hood, microwave, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher and large American type fridge-freezer, the dining room has a modern marble dining table and there is marble flooring throughout all the common ground floor areas. There is also underfloor heating throughout the ground floor of the property.
There is a large patio and lawn area to the rear of the property. Plenty of on-road parking as well as an off-road driveway at the front with limited space. The house is situated in a very pleasant, quiet part, of Holland-on-Sea, away from the centre and 250 yds (3 minutes walk) to the beach but still within walking distance of all amenities. The other three rooms are occupied by: me and my wife and three other people (a young male/female couple 21 years of age and another professional gentleman); I'm a 67 year old male, my wife is a 38 year old female; I am at home most of the time. I am sociable and friendly and I like having people around the house to interact with, we all get on very well together. Despite the fact that there are very sociable people in the house it is still a very quiet peaceful environment. Smoking isn’t permitted in the property but smokers can smoke outside if they wish.
There are two indoor cats living in the house.
Rent: £450 per calendar month (additional £150 per month to cover bills). The room would suit a professional person or couples (£250 total per month (£125 each) for two people to cover their share of bills).
Please note that in all cases a £500 refundable security deposit will be required.
