Dear Ladies,
We have got King size room fully furnished with Queen size bed, bedside cabinet , fitted cupboards and en suit bathroom available in stunning 5 bedroom detached house in Emerson Park. Room is newly furnished.
House will be shared with very friendly couple. We are looking for one female to share so the way i am looking is the person who will be taking the room will have whole house to them as We are working professionals who work Monday to Saturday and most of time not home. . We have got one small little dog he is gorgeous and you will fall in love with him. He is very quite and sleeps the most. We are very friendly and you will be part of our family. We respect privacy and expect the same from our new housemate.

You will have your own space but wont mind having dinner together occasionally ;)
Shared use of kitchen, Living room with sofas, tv with sky . Everything (gas, electricity, fast WiFi, council tax, water...) is included in the rent. You don't have to pay extra money. One month deposit is required. Cleaner comes every week to do general cleaning and Gardner so we can enjoy garden too for BBQ etc.
You have got space available for 2 car in front of house drive way
