Looking for a flat mate or to buddy up

Looking for a flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is moving back to her home town. This is a double room with an en suite and built in wardrobes. Must be a cat lover as I come with 2 very calm house cats. I am clean and tidy and want a flatmate that likes to have an occasional drink. Beautiful house with separate living, dining and kitchen with a nice sized garden. This will be available 1st Feb 2022 any earlier could be arranged would need to discuss looking for someone to stay for minimum of a year.
The rent is £712.50 this does not include bills.
