Single room for short let

Hello
I have a fully refurbished single room available for 3 months or until the end of June. The room oversees a lovely garden comes with new bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one person only. We have a brand new washing machine and airfryer. I am open to try provide the right environment so you feel comfortable, of course within reasonable means :).
The house is located in a quiet estate with easy access to hornchurch Station. Bus stops are close by with Hornchurch station 2 stops down the road. We also have a tesco store 7 minutes walk from the House. And Hornchurch town centre is a few stops away. Hornchurch town centre boasts an array of shops, supermarkets, Bank, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. We have a driveway for parking if you need it.
