Hornchurch and Romford town centers are a 10 minute drive or a short bus journey and offer lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping mall to visit.
The double bedroom is 100 pw inclusive of all bills, Tenants are required to pay 200 deposit.
We are looking for a person who is tidy and considerate towards other house mates with regards to noise levels etc..
