Its in Hornchurch ( Ardleigh Green Road RM11 2SU),so getting to London/Romford/Hornchurch/M25 is not a problem. (Gidea Park Station 15mins walking and trains from there go to Liverpool St. Hornchurch station on the district line 15 mins on a bus (Bus stop 2mins away)

Romford and Hornchurch town centre is closeby. There are a number of local shops including a Tesco's express, and a nice Thai pub and a few takeaways, within walking distance.
Also if you are into keeping fit, there is a gym, 5mins away (David Lloyds)

We are looking for someone quite quiet and keeps them self to themselves, As long as your pay your bills on time, and clean up after yourself and are not looking for a party house.
