Double Room available in lovely modern house

Hi

I have a double room with lots of wardrobe space in a smart modern house which is only 5 mins walk to Gidea Park station. Huge garden thats not overlooked and driveway parking.

I'm moving in with my Partner and I currently have my good friend living with me, she will be staying and keen to meet you also.

Its not a party house and we like to keep the place TIDY & CLEAN! so shared cleaning duties or if not a cleaner will be hired. I will need a 1 month notice From you and up to 2 months notice from me to be agreed.

I'm looking to find someone that respects my house like we do, who has their own social life but enjoys the odd night in with a glass of wine
