5 min walk to Tesco Extra supermarket and B&Q. Close to shopping, Queens Hospital, nightlife, restaurants, cinema in Romford and also Hornchurch/Upminster for shopping, restaurants, parks and other amenities. 20 mins drive to Lakeside Thurrock.

Good area for walking/cycling. Nice neighbours.

3 mins walk to bus stop then 5 mins bus ride to Romford Overground Station or 15 mins walk to Romford. 30 mins by train into Liverpool Street or 23 mins to Stratford (less on fast train). Approx 4 bus stops to Elm Park District line or a nice walk. Accessible for Upminster C2C train service into Fenchurch Street which is Tower Hill/Monument area).

Homeowner is down to earth, easy going female. Works full time in City and enjoys outdoor activities, friends and family. I am usually in bed by 10.30pm but try to wake early(ish).

I would prefer a mature minded female who can treat my home as respectfully as their own or a similar clean/tidy male; must be working full time during the day.

Non smoker, no pets, no DSS.
This room is on the ground floor.

A contribution to cleaning products, toilet roll, washing up liquid, etc will be re-charged at cost.

References required. £300.00 deposit. Min 1 year stay but availability is ongoing, all being well.
