Single Bedroom In Luxury Apartment Flatshare

2 mins from Emerson park station and Hornchurch town centre, I have a single room to rent in my 2 bed furnished apartment.
The property has recently been refurbished has broadband, SKY TV and comes fully furnished.
I work all over the Uk so not in all the time.. Looking for a clean and organised person to share the house.
I'm an easy going flat mate , like going out but also nights in with a bottle of wine. Respect privacy but enjoy company too. All bills included.
Liverpool street is just 40 mins away on the train and there's lots of great bars and restaurants in the town centre of Hornchurch. I will require the usual references and credit checks. If interested send me a bit about yourself and what your looking for... Thanks
